I was only there for a short time ( few hours ) but I was warmly welcomed. the location of the hotel is very convenient ( 2 km from the airport ) when you are in transit and you need to take a break. There 's also a snack bar if we are hungry and the beach is 10 min walk .

Not much. We were told we could take a shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport. However, that did not happen. We were dumped at the end of a road and told to walk down a road and we would find it. After pulling our luggage for 1/2 a mile and coming to a rotunda in the middle of no where, we decided to turn around and call the hotel. They said there was no bus after we had been told otherwise. They then called a taxi that was not big enough to fit all four of us and our luggage. It took over 2 hours for us to find the place from the airport. Once we were there and trying to sleep, we couldn't due to the airplanes taking off over our heads. Terrible experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly. My travel plans changed last minute and I needed to add a third person to my room, and the staff handled it with no problem and only a small fee. Great hotel if you are only staying overnight. Incredibly comfortable rooms and clean.

It is really far from the center of Rome. It is about a €60 taxi ride to Stazione Termini, and about €15 by bus or train, which take almost an hour. This hotel is only good if you are staying overnight and do not intend on seeing Rome at all. And even then, it's about €15 taxi ride from Fiumicino Airport; and the first taxi driver I asked did not even know where it was. It also looks a bit sketch from the outside, but super cute inside.

closeness to the airport is the main reason for choosing this hotel.

        maybe,noise.

The gentleman at the service desk was unbelievably accommodating, gracious, and patient. Upon arrival, it was discovered that someone had smoked in our given room. We were immediately provided with a new room. The new room was stifling hot, and as I was a very tired traveler, I lost my patience at this time and was told the proprietor I wanted to leave. He very graciously and patiently helped with the a c, which after several hours, made the room very comfortable. I stayed. I would recommend this "hotel" for those who need a room close to the airport for an early departure.

The name "hotel" is a misnomer. It really is more like a motel, and is very quaint. The advertisement for "breakfast included" was a bit misleading. Turns out we were given a free ticket to the attached snack bar which consisted of hot coffee and nearly stale pastries. In the morning we also discovered small ants in one corner of the room that had gotten into my computer bag and were inside my laptop. Fortunately I was able to get them all out and not bring them back to the states with me.

The staff were super friendly the room was clean.

Oh my god , when the first airplan took off we panic. We paid 80 € and did not sleep for a Minute , the noise is unbearable and the breakfast is a dry croissant and a coffee. You get it from a caffe/ gas station out side the hotel with some mean woman running the business.

We stayed in this hotel for one night whilst waiting for a connecting flight from Rome to Manchester. We chose it because it was close to the airport and offered a shuttle service. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough for one night.

The shuttle service offered actually cost 6 Euros per person each way, which I thought was a little steep for the 2.4 kilometres distance from the airport. There was also a lot of confusion when we arrived. We were told to call the hotel when we had collected our baggage and they would send the shuttle bus. However, the person on reception couldn't speak any english at all and our Italian was limited to a few words. After 5 phonecalls to the hotel and over an hour of waiting we opted to get a taxi. We were told this would cost 15euros in a prevoius email from the hotel but the taxi drivers charge 30-35 euros (it costs 40 euros to get to Rome city centre which is about a 20 minute drive). We found a local taxi rank on the other side of the road from arrivals who charged us 20 euros. Breakfast was also poor, only a dry croissant and a coffee. The hotel was close to the airport but what was not advertised was that it was right next to the runway. The planes were regular until about midnight and from about 6am but infrequent in between. All in all, I would choose a slightly more expensive hotel which offers a free shuttle service and a good breakfast over this hotel as we probably paid a similar amount in total anyway.

The guy on the reception was really helpful. He even drove me to the supermarket to get some food as there is nothing around there.

Oh, where do I start...Apart from the fact I paid 20 euros for the taxi from the Airport to this place, the Motel is in the middle of nowhere. Noisy party people kept me awake until at least 2:00am when I had to get up at 4:30am to get my flight. The website says that they offer a transfer to the airport. I booked for 5:00am and of course it didn't happen. So here it goes another cab charge to the airport. For the money I spent on cab fares and the Hotel and for how many hours I actually slept, I should have spent the night at the Airport and saved $100 euros.

I think that room is very good. That´s it!!!!!There isn´t hotel. There isn´t nothing to do.The only one value worth is the to be near to the airport.I´d ricomand only per overnight.

They arranged for a shuttle bus to pick us up and drop us off the next day.Responded to our e-mails with confirmation and advise. Very close to airport, €6.00 p/person one way shuttle. Air-conditioned, clean but that's about it,

Unless you have a plain to catch very early in the morning (4.45 am was our flight), there's no other reason to visit this place. In the middle of nowhere and no cab driver is aware of it, or the area. Strongly advise to contact hotel staff and arrange a shuttle minibus. Make sure you have dinner first. The minifridge had only two bottles of water.

My flight arrived at 6.30 am. My check in time was 1 pm. After flying for over 24 hours the manager let me into my room early so I could sleep. I really appreciated it. Perfect for someone with a long stop over between flights in Rome.

The hotel is located 10 min away from the airport, they arrange a shuttle bus for an extra fee of 6 euros, the rooms are decent size, very clean and cosy.and there is a beach 10 min walk from the hotel

Because of it's location so close to the airport, it was very noisy from the planes . the hotel is located right behind the fence of the airport where planes take off. But at 11 oclock at night the noise stopped and it was quiet until 6 ocolck in the morning
